The Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP) creates opportunities for the active involvement of all stakeholders in the implementation of Part 4 of the SDIP project, in accordance with the activities of the International Sava River Basin Commission as well as the requirements of the World Bank's Environmental and Social Standards.

Regional Grievance Mechanism
A part of the SEP is the Regional Grievance Mechanism (RGM). The objective of the RGM is to address complaints, concerns and grievances arising from the implementation of project activities in a fair and transparent manner, with a view to facilitating effective Project implementation. The RGM ensures that all grievances are recorded, properly addressed and monitored through the established procedure for handling all types of grievances/concerns of the broad range of stakeholders.
