Born in Ljubljana (Slovenia), on April 04, 1959, Mr. Mitja Bricelj holds a M.Sc. in Geography obtained at the Ljubljana University, Faculty of Geography.
He began his professional career in year 1984 as the journalist in Newspapers “Delo” in Ljubljana. He continued his career as the Researcher at the Institute for Geography of the Ljubljana (1986–1990).
In 1990, he continued his professional career in the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning of Republic of Slovenia as the State Secretary. He currently holds the position of the Water Department Secretary in the Ministry of Agriculture and the Environment of the Republic of Slovenia.
His main fields of work refer to water resources management and protection, coastal protection and management, eco-systems protection, implementation of respective legislation, conventions and protocols, development strategies and policies, international cooperation, project management and coordination, etc.
Born in Zrenjanin (Serbia), on January 8, 1969, Mr. Miodrag Pješčić graduated from the Faculty of Agriculture in Novi Sad – major in water regulation.
He began his professional career in year 1997. at the Water Management Enterprise „Srednji banat“ in Zrenjanin. As of year 2001, he holds a position of the Manager of the Unit for Amelioration at the same enterprise.
As of year 2002, he is a member, and as of 2010, he is a Chairman of the Steering Committee of the Water Management Enterprise „Srednji banat“.
His main fields of work refer to protection against detrimental effects from waters, investment maintenance of facilities for protection against detrimental effects from waters, preparation of investments in the field of irrigation, preparation and monitoring of realization of projects, etc.
As of November 2012, he holds a position of the Acting Director at the Republic Water Directorate of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management of the Republic of Serbia.
Born in Bosanska Gradiška (Bosnia and Herzegovina) on February 25, 1956, Mr. Savo Gluvić holds a B.Sc. in Economy obtained at the Faculty of Economy in Banjaluka (Bosnia and Herzegovina).
He began his professional career in year 1980 at the Water Management Enterprise „SAVA“ in Gradiška (Bosnia and Herzegovina) firstly as the Officer for Planning and Development (1980-1984), then as the Manager of the RJ “Plovni put” (1984-1988), and as the Assistant Manager for Economic Affairs (1988-1989) also at the Water Management Enterprise „SAVA“.
As of September 1989, he holds a position of the General Manager at the Water Management Enterprise „SAVA“ in Gradiška.
His main fields of work refer to field of economic affairs, business planning and development, enterprise management, human resources management, organization management, etc.
Born in Calw (Germany), on January 15, 1975, Mr. Robert Kojc graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Eberhard-Karls University in Tübingen (Germany).
He began his professional career in Slovenia in year 2001 in the Division of Systemic Legal Affairs in the Environment Directorate of the Ministry of the Environment, Spatial Planning and Energy of the Republic of Slovenia.
In year 2011 he was a Head of Division of Waters in the Environment Directorate of the Ministry of the Environment and Spatial Planning of the Republic of Slovenia. In 2012, he was appointed as an Acting Director General of the Directorate for International Law in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In 2013 he was appointed as a Deputy Director General of the Directorate for International Law in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
His main fields of work refer to international law and international relations. He has worked in the field of international law for environment, with focus on the international law on water. He was a member of the legal expert group established in the framework of the International Sava River Basin Commission.
